Job description

Responsibilities
Lead PRC Admin department
Handle PRC manufacturing administration
Handle full spectrum of administration functions including implementation and formulation of Admin policies, dormitory & canteen administration, maintenance including vendor’s comparison & management for 3 China factories
view and formulate office manuals, administrative policies and procedures, safety and security rules
Prepare periodic Admin. statistics reports
Observe changes of the legislations in PRC and recommend necessary action where appropriate
Monitor the performance of vendors to assure that all office services are provided with high quality, as well as safety and health programs throughout the group

Profile

Requirements
Degree with 4 - 6 years Administration experience in sizable factory or relevant Garment industry
Well versed in PRC labour legislations, culture and norm of managing business in China
Excellent communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Proficiency in MS Office Applications and Chinese Word Processing
