To cope with the business expansion of I.T, high calibre candidates are invited to fill the following position:-
Assist Buying Manager to achieve pre-determined financial target, including brand sales, gross margin and inventory level and cost
Assure achievement of volume, gross margin and profit goals through effective merchandise selection, buying, timing and promotion
Formulate buying plan in terms of category ratio and size ratio and allocate the right merchandise in right locations
Analyze business performance through various financial reports and customer researches on a regular basis to identify risks and opportunities and react accordingly
Manage pricing at both full price and markdown, product assortment, and marketing promotions
Work closely with production and sourcing team to ensure the smooth flow of merchandise delivery
Work with marketing and retail teams in regard to speedy response to market dynamics and promotions
- At least 4-5 years' management experience in retail operations preferred
- Minimum 8 years retail experience required
- Self-motivated, out-going, energetic, organize, interpersonal and leadership person
- Inspires others with a positive and caring attitude
- Customer-oriented, hard working with an energetic personality
- Proven ability to handle multiple stores
- Proficient in spoken and written English / Mandarin / Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Area Manager
