To cope with the business expansion of I.T, high calibre candidates are invited to fill the following position:
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
Work closely by holding regular meetings with store managers / supervisors, coordinate with supporting office.
Setting sales targets, drive area sales and profit plans to budget
Setting standards and objectives for different stores
Controlling stores uncertain expense, and implementing certain strategies to avoid uncertainties or risks.
Driving team performance, optimizing and overseeing operations to ensure efficiency
Evaluates the assigned stores performance in terms of profitability, production and its employee’s performance as well.
Lead a team of store managers towards effective collaboration and attainment of goals.
Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay within budget.
Ensure compliance with company’s policies and operational guidelines
Deal with problems by providing creative and practical solutions
Evaluate performance using key metrics and address issues to improve it
Report to senior executives on progress and issues
Assist upper management to decisions for expansion or acquisition
- At least 4-5 years' management experience in retail operations preferred
- Minimum 8 years retail experience required
- Self-motivated, out-going, energetic, organize, interpersonal and leadership person
- Inspires others with a positive and caring attitude
- Customer-oriented, hard working with an energetic personality
- Proven ability to handle multiple stores
- Proficient in spoken and written English / Mandarin / Cantonese
- Candidates with less experience will be consider as Assistant Area Manager
