Assistant Manager – Retail Training (Ref: Sfddg - Amrt)

This position is responsible for the implementation and management of the training, special events and retail sales development activities for Dolce&Gabbana Beauty and Designer Fragrance brands. Responsible for the professional development of Make-up Artists and Fragrance Specialists. The position also serves as a brand ambassador for the brands, planning and participate at in-store event and interacting with media.
Develop and conduct training to frontline staffs in order to achieve brand artistry and business objectives
Cultivate brand philosophy, product knowledge, customer services and selling technique to ensure all frontline staffs are well equipped with the required skills and knowledge
Drive retail sales through effective training and sales support
Coach Make-up Artists and Fragrance Specialists to drive retail sales and through effective training and sales support
Analyze Mystery Shoppers results and provide field insight and feedback on field execution of training programs, marketing programs and events
Ensure sell-out results, motivate field staffs to achieve company sales targets
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute special events
Partner with Regional training team for all seasonal education updates
Act as brand ambassador in sharing culture, values and heritage of each brand within the portfolio
Assist in people development of retail operations team and handle customer enquiries if needed
- Minimum 5 years make-up & fragrance training experience
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills with good presentation skills
- Strong organizational & time management skills
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with all levels of people and retail partners
- Ability to prioritize and manage several projects simultaneously.
