To supervise a number of distribution assistants ensuring that team members carry out all aspects of the distribution process in line with current best practice and to NET-A-PORTER’s stringent standards.Also ensuringthe resources are allocated in such a way that work is prioritised to meet time lines and is completed within agreed levels of service.
To ensure that NET-A-PORTER levels of quality are maintained at all times.
To ensure that all staff are properly trained to carry out the duties assigned to them.

Skills and Experience:
Proven commerical experience of managing/leading teams in a warehouse/logistics/retail environment
Significant experience of motivating teams to achieve deadlines in a target-driven environment
Experience within a large retail organisation would be beneficial
Experience of performance management, coaching and mentoring
Strong track record of delivering quantifiable results in the workplace
Strong leadership skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team in addition to self-motivate when working autonomously
Highly computer literate
Have a flexible approach to your work.
Capable of working under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Understand the importance of meeting deadlines.
