Human Resources Manager

Job Responsibilities:

* Oversee the day-to-day HR operation to ensure all the HR functions and procedures are align with the HR and business strategy
* Be a primary point of contact and consultation by providing one-stop-shop HR services
* Implement the HR strategy and leverage HR polices, programs and practices
* Implement all rounded Human Resources function including talent acquisition and development, performance management, organizational capability, succession planning, employee relations, leadership development and training etc.
* Work closely with C&B team to ensure compensation and benefits are competitive
* Monitor the HRIS to ensure all the HR data are accurate
* Participate as active contributor to regional HR organization

Job Requirement:

* A Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
* Minimum 10 years relevant working experience, of which at least 5 years at managerial level
* Prior experience in MNC company is essential and fashion / retail environment is preferable
* Familiar with the labor ordinance and tax regulations
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced working environment and work under pressure
* Excellent in leadership and organization skills
* Strong in communications and interpersonal skills
* Excellent command of English is a must
