Job description

Develop Marketing strategies and objectives for enhancing brand awareness and achieving business goals
Devise monthly and annual marketing plans. Design and lead the development of marketing campaigns and processes to maximize ROI
Manage an effective marketing calendar with considerations on market requirements, consumer needs, sales objectives, opportunities and capacity
Develop brand building program and marketing communication programs include above-the-line, online and below-the-line promotions to support the business
Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity results to achieve optimal effectiveness
Drive and maintain high growth of the brand, ensuring the best customer experience is delivered via all communication channels and customer touch-points
Develop CRM strategy and loyalty programs for customer retention and acquisition
Analyze the marketplace, consumer behavior and competitors’ activities to determine the right strategies in place. Conduct regular market research and benchmarking study to monitor market trend and propose corresponding actions to maintain competitive position
A & P budgeting and control
Lead and inspire marketing team to achieve goals and objectives
Plan and formulate PR and communications strategies in line with business objectives
Monitor media coverage; explore new opportunities for media collaboration for promoting brand image. Strengthen media relations and maximize exposure and promotional impacts in traditional, digital and social media within budget
Prepare evaluation reports on PR and advertising campaigns. Conduct in-depth media research and analysis of industry trend. Monitor competitors PR and advertising strategy and market reaction
Build credible media networks and develop strategic relationship with media, agencies and relevant authorities and community groups for cost-effective delivery of PR and communications programs
Evaluate the impact and success of communication activities to ensure brand messages are communicated effectively to customers, media and business partners
Prepare press releases and communication materials in high standards and ensure consistency with respect to global editorial guidelines
Line up appropriate interaction opportunities with media. Handle and manage media enquiries
Planning and organization of press conferences, press trips and media events for the assigned events. Ensure all PR events and programs are conducted with a high level of attention to detail and reflect a luxurious brand image

Profile

 
  • University graduate in Marketing and Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years hands-on experience in fashion, luxury products or other retail environment of which at least 4 years at managerial grade
  • A leader who is creative, proactive and details-oriented with sound planning skill
  • Target & result-oriented, good working attitude and passion for the brand
  • Highly self-motivated and strong multi-tasking skill
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
