Recruitment Manager - Listed Company
Conduct market research related to recruitment, and develop and maintain effective communication and relationship with staff and candidates;
Assist the head of human resources in preparing reports and survey for management review, headcount budgeting and planning;
Design and deliver innovative sourcing strategies and solutions to meet business need;
Use variety of channels to effectively communicate with candidates;
Direct Report to Regional Human Resource Manager.
- 3 years’ relevant experience;
- Experience in retail or beauty industry would be advantageous
- Mature responsible and good interpersonal skill;
- Be able to work under pressure.
