Regional HR Business Partner - Luxury Brand

Our client is an international luxury brand.
They are looking for a bright candidate to join their Regional HR Department.
Provide professional consultation and recommendations on talent acquisition, performance management, succession planning, talent management and retention programs.
Review and advise on the effective C&B strategies.
Manage regional recruitment activities.
Establish and implement talent development plans.
Lead and organize regional employee engagement program.
Work close with cross functional team to support on HR issues.
- University graduate.
- Minimum 6 years HR generalist experience from multinational company, preferably from global retail/ FMCG industry.
- Regional exposure would be advantageous.
- Familiar with HR practice and C&B policies.
- Proactive, friendly and cheerful.
- Strong problem solving and interpersonal skill.
- Excellent English & Fluent Mandarin.
