Job description

Our client is a European luxury retailer with great exposure in Asia Pacific. They are looking for a Retail Training Manager to join the team.



The Job:

Report to the Managing Director, to initiate, drive and lead retail training for HK and Macau and APAC region
To in line with the global training curriculum, responsible for the timely delivery of all corporate training in the region
Ensure all training is executed to the highest standards and meets the requirement of a luxury retail
Identify commercial opportunities and monitor retail KPIs at store level and create a training plan and execute
coaching and development of store management and Field Trainers to ensure consistent and effective delivery of training in stores
Partner with global training team to ensure material provided is localized appropriately
Collect feedback from store teams on training programs

Profile

The Candidate:
  • Degree holder in any disciplines 
  • Solid experience in retail management experience and exposure to training field 
  • High proficiency in English, Mandarin and Cantonese  
  • Strong retail business acumen and analytical skills, action-oriented
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills 
  • Positive mentality/attitude is a must
