As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting supervisor of Technical Team in managing field engineer.
What you need to do:
* Escalate point for field engineer
* Regular technical knowledge meeting with Service Desk Operation Team
* Assist Project Transition Team for technical knowledge transfer
* Create Documentation of Work Instruction and Process for Service Desk Operation Team
* Technical support for adhoc project
What we look for in you:
* 3 years experiences in Service Desk Operation for end user support
* Proven knowledge in supporting AD, MS Windows, MS Office. Knowledge in Lotus Note, Antivirus, LANDesk, Mobile Devices and MDM would be an advantage.
* Basic knowledge on MS server and network infrastructure
* ITIL foundation certification, MCSA/MCSE/CCNA certificates is an advantage
* Good command of English, Cantonese, Mandarin a plus
