    Primary Purpose This position is responsible for supporting the Global Trade Services (GTS) function to manage the company's product testing, labeling and regulatory affairs, thereby successfully supporting Tapestry's strategy and business growth, while mitigating the risk of non-compliance finished goods sold in the marketplace. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring product compliance and regulatory affairs, focusing on product safety and testing compliance, COO marking, size conversion, and accuracy of product description/market verbiages used in global. Responsibilities Focus on Ready-to-wear (RTW) testing & labelling compliance activities in product development & production stages. Responsible for research and process management of Novelty category during product development and production stages. Collaborate closely with suppliers & internal teams to address potential compliance risks/issues as well as ensure product compliance with global regulatory requirements. Meet expectation on product compliance from internal stakeholders (PD, GTC, SCM, Logistics, Legal) Support to develop solution of global product compliance, bridge communication with external lab to work out technical proposal. Data base update and maintenance Education & Requirements Bachelor's degree major for textile, garment, chemical, environment or other related major At least 5 years of product compliance experience for international organizations related to garment, handbag, footwear and etc. Knowledge of US, EU, China standard including GB, FZ/T, GB/T, QB/T, ISO, ASTM. Good communication skills, can negotiate with external and internal stakeholders to achieve objectives Strong analytical skill is a must, independent project management experience will be a plus Proficient with Microsoft Suites (Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel) Self-motivated, independent, confident, proactive, result-driven Fluent in written, spoken Mandarin and English Req ID: 120521
