Our Client is currently looking for an Admin Officer to support Business Development & Human Resources team with on-the-job training.



Responsibilities

Provides support to Manager in preparation and organizing projects & personal matters
Provides secretarial & professional administrative support to HK Office
Assist in various HR operations including but not limited to making initial contact with potential candidates and interview arrangement
Responsible to ensure all projects are smooth through completion of the process
Track, manage and report on all project pipelines and deadline
Perform ad- hoc assignment as required
Willing to travel and flexible to work beyond office hours.

• At least 4 years of solid experience as Senior Buyer, Demand / Supply Planning Management in Fashion Retail
• Excellent command in both written and spoken Mandarin, English, Cantonese
• Proficient in Powerpoint, Excel (Vlook up, Pivot Table)
• This position will be stationed in Hong Kong
