Job description
- Handle claims from customers globally and arrange settlement
- Contact vendors for reimbursement after validation with relative parties
- Maintain claim summary dashboard and report to relative parties and management in regular basis
- Coordinate in the process of vendor and customer onboarding and the associated data update maintenance
- Support in vendor scorecard dashboard, ad hoc operational tasks and management reporting
- Prepare summaries and PowerPoint updates for senior management
Profile
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Business Administration or relevant disciplines
- Fresh graduate or 1 to 2 years of experience in operations / project management
- Industry exposure of sporting goods and fashion is a plus
- Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to understand and use data to report accurately and prepare high level summaries
- Open minded, detailed minded, flexible and quick learner
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, Power BI a plus
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Executive Central Operations
