Job description

Landlord Management
- Elevate strategic partnership with key landlords (regular catch up both physically/virtually)
- Marketplace insight to create growing strategy
- Site selection and negotiation (on site to review trade mix and traffic)
- P&L simulation to make sure project profitable
- Partnership with mapping team to figure out the right concept to right property
- Partnership with key accounts to execute the plan
- Partnership with design and PGM team to follow up door opening process
- Process excellence
- Rental and management fee negotiation (partner with SA)
- Site condition negotiation and adjustment based on design team request (partner with SA)
- EBIT review to make profitability (partner with finance and partners)
Account Fleet Management
- Align & execute & track account door target following AOP guidance
- Maximize marketplace B&M door opportunity thru acct lens
- Deliver high quality door structure with sustainable & profitable growth
- Manage & ensure right door opening process based on CLC master & internal cross function alignment
- Regular update on marketplace capacity in HK/Macau in order to maximize our business opportunities through expanding our market share and invest in any unmaximized tradezone
4 dimensions:
Ø Partner
- Establish partner door open/reno/reprofile/revite/close strategy to deliver healthy growth and elevate door productivity
- Based on market capacity and partner strategy, establish a strategic fleet plan with partners on both NSP and MB doors
- Educate Nike marketplace guardrail to partner and secure right B&M execution
- Kick off door process and drive partner execution aligning with AOP cadence
Ø Mapping & RE
- Align city/trade zone door opportunity with Mapping team
- Align Brand mix & Landlord site opportunity with RE team
- Feedback marketplace firsthand information to MP team to evolve the MP guardrail
Ø Design & Marketing
- Drive qualified site condition following Design & marketing team's guidance
- Align information & cadence with Design & Marketing team
- Feedback support needed to design & Marketing team making sure door opening successfully
Ø Account team internal (RO/PM/ACCT BP)
- Co-work with acct BP/PM with precise door forecast during buying and pre-season gate
- Align with RO team to drive door performance


- Bachelor's Degree with at least 3 years directly relevant work experience
- Ability to work independently, proactive, self-motivated, positive work attitude, attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility
- Strong interpersonal, communication and time management skills
- Sports lover will be an advantage
- Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
