Job description

To support HR Manager in implementing HR initiatives and perform full spectrum of HR services

To handle internal and external audit issues and ensure the local HR policies and procedures are in accordance

To participate in taxation, budgeting, annual salary review and bonus exercise

To independently take care of the whole payroll calculation and recruitment & selecting processing

To coordinate the staff benefits programs and organize the employee relations activities. i.e. Annual Dinner, Retirement Party, Christmas Party, Chinese New Year Ceremony, Company Newsletter, etc

To carry out any ad hoc project / duties assigned

Profile


  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years' hands on experience in human resources function

  • Well versed in HK employment Ordinances

  • Experience in China IIT will be in advantage

  • Self-motivated, independent and well organize, and problem solving skills

  • Proficiency in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing and experience in HRIS is a MUST

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
