Our client, a well-known luxury fashion brand, is seeking for a high calibre to join them as Assistant Learning & Development Manager.

About The Role
Reporting to Human Resources Director, the Assistant Manager will be responsible for

Working closely with APAC retail training teams and corporate stakeholders to identify learning needs and designing the learning curriculum to archive business and people development needs
Designing and developing the corporate talent development programmes, succession planning, staff engagement and other Organization Development projects
Fostering the learning culture by delivering various learning interventions

Profile

  • University graduate in Human Resources or related disciplines;
  • Minimum 8 years solid training and talent management experience, preferably in FMCG/retail industry;
  • Reliable and possess creative mindset, good project management skills;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese;
