- Assist in building the digital tools necessary for the Sourcing business to ensure the daily needs are supported in the evolving landscape
- Engage with business users to understand business needs and pain points in current process
- Identify, develop, implement and document solutions using process automation tools e.g. Microsoft tools to streamline product development and sourcing process
- Perform deep-dive analyses on root cause of issues, work with data and business teams to build business overview dashboards and drive long term improvement
- Identify trends and patterns to enhance or automate process
- Prepare system demo and set up training materials to empower users to maintain new platform in their daily work
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 - 4 years of experience in Project Management in similar role in sporting goods/fashion/supply chain is a plus
- Must have experience with process automation tools such as Microsoft Automate, Excel, VBA, UI Flow, Power BI/ Tableau
- Execution experience to drive multiple projects

- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Team-player with a joyful approach to work and a passion for Sports
