Job description

Our client is an international well-known luxury retail brand. They are currently looking for a high caliber candidate to join their Hong Kong regional office.

Responsibilities:

Handle all aspects of C&B operations including the entire payroll process, MPF, insurance, tax filing and other benefit administration

Proactively identify system issues, research and provide solutions for system enhancement

Participate in reviewing and implementing HR policies and benefits

Manage staff contract of both local & expats including salary package, review and proposition

Provide support in expatriate assignment such as work visa, tax calculation, relocation arrangement, accommodation and etc.

Handle other ad hoc C&B related assignments

Profile

Bachelor Degree in Human Resources Management or other related disciplines
Minimum 5 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits, luxury retail experience is definitely a great advantage
Familiar with HR related regulations, practices and Employment Ordinance
A team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Able to work under tight time frame
Good command of PC knowledge especially MS Office and Chinese word-processing
