Job description

The Role
To support our Fragrance Division, we are currently recruiting a Assistant Manager - Demand Planning, who will be refining the advantages and moving our business to ensure delivery of the annual goal and objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive business objectives and to maximize sales and inventory management with the support of teammates.
- Manage the demand planning, product ordering and inventory status including monitoring, forecasting and distribution of stocks.
- Develop effective forecast models based on market trends, demand assumption and demand. Ensure the forecast accuracy and performance meet KPIs.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to ensure the forecast accurately reflects new product launches and changes to existing products.
- Collaborate and drive a consensus approach by working with the internal team, Headquarters, Finance and Supply chain partners to obtain accurate and current information for demand forecasts.
- Prepare and share data visualizations, reports, briefings, and concise summary analyses to internal parties to drive the delivery of our plans and budgets.
- Provide business analysis, market research and market intelligence studies
- Participate in ad hoc projects as assigned
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Business Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience with strong business acumen and solid experience in retail
- Proven track record in demand planning
- Sensitive to figures with strong analytical skills
- Proficient with analysis and presentations
- Forward thinking and result oriented.
- Detail-minded, mature, well-organized and able to work under pressure
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good command of written and oral English
- Proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage
