- Perform monthly global payroll execution/review and ensure timely and accurate salary payment
- Implement payroll process, constantly review and make necessary improvement to streamline the process
- Master and maintain HRIS system to ensure accuracy of employee data and payroll information
- Prepare monthly employee cost report
- Liaise with Finance department for monthly reconciliation
- Manage tax calculation and filing for different countries and ensure local compliance
- Administer employee benefits scheme
- Manage internal policy review, SOP of payroll and benefits. Support and give input to the design and development of C&B structure, salary survey, bonus schemes and rewards strategies
- Oversee and manage a team supporting payroll and benefits functions
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects
- Degree holder, major in Human Resources, Business or relevant disciplines
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Knowledge of HRIS i.e. Workday is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly for Excel and PowerPoint
