Job description

- Design and deliver different learning solutions and monitor its effectiveness to support the business growth and foster employee engagement
- Participate in delivering corporate talent development programs, succession planning, internship and other organization development projects
- Proactively interact and develop collaborative partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure existing Learning and Development activities stay competitive and robust
- Bring the latest learning technologies and programs to create a Best-in-Class Learning & Development organization that has significant impact on employee development


- Degree holder in Human Resources, Psychology or Business Management
- 7 Years' or above experience in the Training & Development function with at least 2 years' solid working experience with similar capacity, preferably in retail / beauty industry
- Good communication skills in collaborating with different stakeholders and facilitation skills in program delivery
- Good project management skills with high level of accuracy, reliable and able to manage multi-tasks in a timely manner
- Good command in English / Cantonese/ Mandarin
- Possess creative mindset in designing interactive learning solutions
- Strong execution & problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office, web application and Chinese Word Processing
