POSITION PURPOSE
This role seeks to increase a company's revenue through relationships. The hired candidate will be responsible for identifying opportunities, and fostering and maintaining relationships with business partners, media, and other brand-aligned external parties to improve brand's exposure. This person will also be working collaboratively with internal functions to create and deliver compelling and inspirational brand marketing campaigns and experiences that drive brand awareness, sales and ROI.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

  • Act as key person for the HK & Macau Marketing team to manage the partnership function on a daily basis

  • Build and maintain pool of partners (corporates, media, social enterprise etc) to drive new business and strengthen market presence

  • Support in key marketing campaigns and leverage on experience and best practices to maximise commercial outcomes and/or team efficiency

  • Pilot new initiatives that drive new business opportunities and lead project management

  • Communicate regularly, build rapport and collaborate with partners by understanding their business and finding synergies to drive mutual benefits

  • Work with external and internal stakeholders across marketing, wholesale, retail, logistics and finance to ensure success of partnership and partner activities

  • Ensure all partner activities are well documented and tracked

Profile

Requirements:
  • Experience in similar roles as in Partnership, or Marketing, or Sales/Marketing

  • Possess great presentation and listening skills, organization and contact management capabilities

  • Strong business network with hotels and F&B

  • Driven individual with strong sense of ownership, is resourceful, independent and a team player

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing

  • Experience in Marketing/ Business Development / Partnerships/ Hotel/ F&B will be an advantage
