Job Highlights
- Responsible for central procurement
- General office administrative support
- Back up Receptionist duties
- Responsible for central procurement including office supplies, printing matters, hygiene products, office equipment, toner...etc.
- Handle telecommunication services including sim card plans, fixed lines and IDD service for office and shops.
- Assist in office relocation and renovation projects.
- Assist in organizing staff activities.
- Liaise and coordinate with external vendors and service providers.
- Back up receptionist duties
- Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned.
- Tertiary education
- 2 years of experience in Office Administration, fresh graduate with intern experience will also be considered
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- Independent, self-motivated and good team player
- Ability to multi-tasks
