Job description

Our client, a global retail brand is seeking for a Regional Product Manager:
Well-established brand with worldwide presence
Marketing, category management, NPD
Double pay, discretionary bonus
Responsibilities:
Act as a brand management leader to oversee the assigned brand and categories with accountability to meet target product performance.
Manage new product development schedule. Work closely with design, marketing and planning team to ensure meeting regional launch dates.
Drive marketing and merchandising strategies to enhance sales and brand awareness.
Responsible for budget control, pricing, SKU count control. Communicate with distribution channels and local counter parts to ensure consistency in brand image and marketing mechanism.
Monitor existing and new products for Asia markets. Define KPIs and evaluate performance. Present to management at regional level during management meetings.
Requirements:
Degree holder in Marketing or related studies.
At least 5 years of experience in brand management and product development. Preferably with experience in fashion or lifestyle brands, sports brand, accessories, handbags, travel, accessories.
Strong analytical mindset, proactive, good communication and project management skills.
Regional experience highly preferred.
Excellent command in English and Chinese.
