Job description

A luxury retail group is seeking for an Assistant Stock Manager to join the supply chain team in Hong Kong.

Warehouse Management

Stock replenishment and process improvement
Hands on in reporting
Responsibility

Oversee company's warehouse operation and work with local and China team on stock transfer and distribution to shops.

Drive continuous improvement in stock management and procedures with objective to drive team efficiency.

Lead small team to manage stock issues including replenishment, initial quality check, consolidation and distribution.

Perform analysis on sales and inventory reports.

Negotiate cost and trading terms with customers.

In charge of stock take to assure accuracy.

Profile

Bachelor degree in logistics or supply chain.
At least 5 years solid experience in warehouse and stock management.
Exposure in China is a plus.
Strong in problem solving and good at initiating ideas.
Energetic, good in management and communication skills.
Good fluency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Occasional travel to China (once a month).
