Description of the program:

Loro Piana Avenue Retail Program is an 18-month career acceleration opportunity designed to develop the future Retail leaders of Loro Piana.

It offers you the chance to get a unique immersion into our dynamic ecosystem through a development program that will expose you to different areas of our business while getting the opportunity to specialize in Retail management.

...are just some of the ways that we make sure our Management Trainees are prepared to make true impact and lead the future of Loro Piana.

The program will kick off in US, EMEA, South Asia and Korea and will be made of 3 cross-functional rotations. The first and the third rotation of 6 months will be in the store, the second will be in the Regional office following a customized learning and development path. After the 3 missions, participants will land into the target position defined by their region at the beginning of the program.

Description of the Target position:

The target position for Avenue Retail Acceleration Program for South Asia region is Assistant Store Manager.

The Assistant Store Manager partners with the Store Manager to lead, develop and support the sales and operations to meet and/or exceed sales targets and overall employee and guest experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is a passionate, enthusiastic, motivating and collaborative leader who develops and builds a culture of service excellence and embodies the Loro Piana DNA.

By being a Loro Piana ambassador in the local community, develops relationships with all businesses to help drive results. The Assistant Store Manager is the next point of contact for all team members in the absence of the Store Manager.

The target position will be based in Hong Kong.


Application criteria:


you have from 5 to 8 years of work experience,

you manifest a strong passion for retail environment and luxury industry,

you have a sense of initiative, commercial creativity and a client-centered mindset,

your strengths include strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills,

you see the potential to grow within a store to become a Manager,

you are open to travel & relocate...

you are fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese....
