ROLE AND DEPARTMENT

Your role is to participate in the development of the retail Gucci Beauty sales, You will ensure that customers are given a quality service at counter, as well as a customized consultation, being able to advise and demonstrate full product range with your expert knowledge on both Make-up and Fragrance.

THE ROLE

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Achieve targets and KPIs, and increase Gucci Beauty sell-out
• Provide outstanding quality of service by following our sales techniques and service codes, conduct demonstration of products
• Ensure the counter is clean, tidy and well maintained
• Apply brand's visual merchandising and in-store excellence guidelines

WHAT YOU'LL BRING

We'd love to see candidates who have:

• 2+ years work experience in make-up artistry
• Make-up school graduated - degree that includes fashion, runway, and editorial make-up courses
• Creative, artistic, charismatic, open minded
• Connected to the brand core values
• Able to understand the brand's aesthetic: recognize its style and create an appropriate, original look for it and in line with it
• Strong communication & listening skills
• Able to deal with a fast-paced work environment
