Job description

GENERAL SUMMARY
The position is part of Vans APAC brand communication team to support regional media and influencer relationship management. This role will be focusing on leading the markets to execute seasonal seeding strategy based on GTM stories, brand campaigns, UGCs and activations, also identifying potential brand ambassadors and providing a path to become brand advocates.
PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Plan and execute seasonal seeding strategy (Elevated / Flow / Reactive) with 14 markets based on global consistency and regional adaptation
- Work with regional PR agency to increase APAC media and KOL database and establish meaningful connection
- Work with local markets and internal team to submit marketing / CAT-B orders and elevated package order
- Provide support and insight for regional paid influencer strategy
- Ensure the smooth logistics of seeding delivery and capture all the seeding success for reporting
- Develop elevated seeding ideas for UGCs, House of Vans Asia Tour, skate UGCs and media tours

Profile

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and /or abilities required for the individual to be successful in this position:
- Proficient in English speaking and writing, Simplified Chinese / Traditional Chinese / Korean proficiency is a plus
- Proficient in multi-media operation
- Strong communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read, analyse and interpret insight from reports
- Solid knowledge in action sports / art / music / street fashion categories preferred
- 3 years+ experience in Corporate PR industry preferred
- Familiar with Retail & Fashion industry is a plusCOMPETENCIES
