The Senior Buyer supports the Merchandising Manager in the development and execution of the category strategy. You will have the opportunity to collaborate with prestigious brands and industry experts to manage the instore experience for a specific portfolio within the Beauty category. With a diverse range of topics to manage, from assortments to promotions to animations, the Senior Buyer will play a pivotal part in not only driving the business but also in creating unforgettable shopping experiences for our traveling customers worldwide.

• Collaborate with the Merchandising Manager to execute compelling merchandising strategies for a specific portfolio within the category
• Work closely with external brand partners and internal colleagues to curate product assortments tailored to our diverse clientele and to ensure achievement of category metrics
• Build and maintain strong relationships both internally and externally
• Monitor and compile sales, analyze and report market trends, identify and gather customer preferences to make data-driven decisions for the needs of the business
• Collaborate and communicate with cross functional partners to ensure seamless execution and accurate product, brand, and DFS representation across brand counters, animations, campaigns, and category marketing opportunities
• Embrace mentorship opportunities to foster a collaborative and innovative team and category environment
• Support ad-hoc and category improvement projects

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 3-4 years of relevant retail experience preferred
• Less experienced will be considered as Buyer.
• Excellent technical skills- MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint
• Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast paced, complex environment
• Strong numbers aptitude and analytical skills with a drive for results
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively operate with high energy and flexibility in a dynamic team environment
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills
• Positive and collaborative attitude
