Contract Officer - Customer Services, Supply Chain Management

Job description

Job Duties
- Data entry and maintenance in SAP
- Item master creation and maintenance in SAP
- Input orders in SAP
- Handle daily office clerical jobs
- Receive enquiries from internal departments and provide solutions
- Support System integration test (SIT) and carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for S4 HANA system upgrading
- Liaise with business on new requirements and handle the change from the business user
- Provide user training and prepare system documentation
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business related discipline
- Minimum 1 year related to logistics and warehouse management
- Excellent interpersonal skills and with the attitude of driving for excellence
- Willing to learn, attention to details and proactive
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Mature and able to work independently, with high efficiency
- PC skills in MC Word and Excel, knowledge in warehouse management system and SAP is a plus
