Contract Officer - Inventory Planning, Supply Chain Management

Job description

Job Duties
- Assist the team head to oversee the inventory control and overseas supplier management
- Coordinate the demand planning process including collection and analysis of sale forecasts; gather and prepare the meeting materials for Sales and Operation Planning Meeting
- Work closely with different internal parties in the organization to forecast and ensure the latest plans are factored in
- Analyze and monitor the inventory levels to have the optimal inventory to meet the required sales target
- Execute and drive the action plan to support business strategies which cope with change market conditions and new business opportunities
- Monitor the planning activities and raise the flag to the team about the KPI performance
- Support in the planning, project management and the JDA planning system
- Prepare and maintain knowledge base, SOP and system related documents
- Prepare and compile routine and ad hoc reports for team head & senior management
- Monitor system data for purchase plan and other supply chain related activities
- Support other ad-hoc duties as required
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business related discipline
- Minimum 1 year related inventory management and forecasting experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills and with the attitude of driving for excellence
- Willing to learn, attention to details and proactive
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Mature and able to work independently, with high efficiency
- PC skills in MC Word and Excel, knowledge in Demand Planning and SAP is a plus
