Job Responsibilities:
- Support b2b and b2c order processing by using SAP S4 HANA and Warehouse Management System (WMS)
- Support system change request and carry out User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for WMS and S4
- Co-ordinate with both internal and external parties to optimize inbound and outbound logistics flows
- Support month-end closing inventory reconciliation and discrepancy investigation
- Support logistics efficiency initiatives and projects
- Prepare various reports and standard operating procedure (SOP)
- Diploma or above in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Business related discipline
- Minimum 1 year related to logistics and warehouse operations
- Experienced in SAP and WMS will be advantaged
- Willing to learn, attention to details and proactive
- Proficiency in written and spoken Chinese and English
- Mature and able to work independently, with high efficiency
- PC skills in MC Word and Excel
- Working Location: Tuen Mun, 5.5 Days Alternative Saturday
