Job description

- Deliver high standard of customer service by offering helpful advice and in-depth product information to online/ offline customers' enquiries
- Provide customer service support in a courteous and professional manner to optimize customer satisfaction
- Manage customer complaints effectively and provide best appropriate solutions meeting both the customers' needs and business objectives
- Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure smooth delivery of orders
- Provide recommendations and support in establishing SOP and best practices of high standard customer service and implementations
- Support in Customer Care related projects, training, reports and other assignments
- To assist on ad hoc assignment

Profile

- Degree holder in Business Administration, Hospitality Management and other related disciplines
- A minimum of 1-3 years' experience in customer service driven business, preferably with experience supporting online/ offline customer service
- Experience in fashion retail or online fashion business will be a strong advantage
- Able to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly
- Good command of spoken and written communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Exceptional interpersonal skills, service and solution driven, strong business acumen and attention to details
