POSITION PURPOSE
Aesop seeks a dedicated Customer Service Assistant who is available full time, working 5 days per week including weekends, to join our Customer Service team based in Hong Kong.
In this position, you will be responsible for consulting and supporting customers through Aesop's omni channel servicing platforms, including telephone, live-chat, messaging services and video consultations.
You will build strong customer relationships and contribute to maximising sales and financial growth whilst providing and upheld a flawless and consistent customer experience across our growing channels.

Job description

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide detailed product introduction and professional customer service via telephone, email, company website and social media platforms.
  • Provide consultation and recommend relevant products to customers.
  • Conduct and follow up with customers for the Live Chat or Video Consultation.
  • Maintain good relationships with customers.
  • Assist customers on their online shopping journey.
  • Assist on the daily online order processing in online system in terms of inventory availability and order tracking update.

Profile

Requirements:
  • Be proactive, responsible, willing to learn and enthusiastic about providing services.

  • Good communication skills, customer service and focus on teamwork.

  • Fluent in English, Chinese & Mandarin and able to read Simplified Chinese.

  • Chinese and English typing with basic MS Office skills.

  • Available to work on weekdays, weekend and public holidays.

  • Fresh graduate is also welcomed to apply
