Job description

ORDRE is an online B2B platform presenting luxury ready-to-wear and accessory virtual showrooms to the most prestigious retailers around the world.We are currently seeking a junior member to join our APAC team supporting everything from digital collection uploads, managing designer collections online, supporting sales and end-to-end administrative support to the office.This is a truly exciting opportunity to be part of the leading luxury wholesale platform disrupting the industry with responsibilities across:

Digital Showroom:

Responsible for accurate completion of the designer shoot sheet and asset data transfer onto the platform
Working closely with Operations Manager and Digital Upload Team to upload designer collections to the platform
Communicating consistently with Operations Manager and Digital Upload Team to troubleshoot, ensuring smooth on-time delivery of designer showrooms through our internal project management tools
Uploading designer profiles, lookbook imagery, lookbooks and other relevant information to platform
Ensuring full site check is completed for each collection for consistency and accuracy
Making any requested changes to the designer collection when required and if requested
360 Shoot & Physical Events:

Assisting the regional team in coordinating designer campaigns
Assist the smooth running of 360 shoots together with Production
Assisting in coordinating the 360 & VR Shoots, Interviews and any ORDRE LIVE events together with Production
Buyer & Retailer Database Management:

Assisting the APAC team with the maintenance and up-keep of the retail and buyer database to ensure accuracy and consistency, updating CRM and backend
The creation and uploading of retailer profiles
The cross-checking of existing retailers and buyers for accuracy
The cross-checking of new buyers and retailers with the backend data and the relevant update if necessary
General Administration Support:

Conducting internet research projects on regional markets whether retailers, buyers or designers
Assisting with any administration overflow in the regional office
Running business related errands ranging from buying stationary for office or sourcing photography equipment for a photo shoot
General administrative duties, i.e. phones, scanning, faxing, opening and routing mail
Arranging staff meetings, sign in guests and book conference rooms as necessary
Supporting various departments across ORDRE hardware inventory (iPads, VR headsets, phones, etc.,) including logistics
Assist in team travel bookings, visas and management as needed
Assist in the support of daily agendas, sync diaries, arrange appointments and meetings as necessary, monitor calendar to anticipate or resolve scheduling conflicts for smooth daily operation

Profile

The Ideal Candidate
The Person  
  • Expert in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, Gmail, Google Calendar and Photoshop 
  • Bachelor’s degree required.  1-2 years prior experience working in a similar fashion lifestyle based role preferred
  • You thrive in high-growth, fast-paced and ever-changing environment.  Ideally understands fast-growth startups, can handle ambiguity and thrives in an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to take the initiative and complete projects with little direction
  • Must be tech-savvy and fashion-forward
  • A clear communicator, written and verbal in English (Cantonese/ Mandarin preferable)
  • Has exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and can multi-task in a deadline-driven atmosphere
  • Availability and willingness to work on weekends and late nights when required particularly during Fashion Week
  • You care about how ORDRE is perceived and work to support the business and brand through solid work ethic.
