POSITION SUMMARY:
The role of FP&A Director has overall responsibility to lead SEATH FP&A team on 3-5 years' strategic planning, annual budget and monthly estimates of CK and TH business, and also on all strategic projects to drive sustainable and profitable growth for SEATH Region (Southeast Asia, Taiwan, Hong Kong & Macao).
This position will manage overall Retail, Ecom and Wholesale business planning and analysis, as well as the working capital, such as cashflow, Capex investment, and inventory management. The roles and responsibilities are diversified and sophisticated, support SEATH management team to make business decision in such a dynamic unified commerce marketplace. At the same time as the key window to Regional team to coordinate all financial planning and analysis processes.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:
- Oversee financial planning and analysis to support CK and TH business of SEATH region, including Sales, Gross Margin, SG&A including marketing expense, EBIT management
- Work closely with SEATH Management and General Managers to drive a strategy partnership. Provide relevant analytics and insight to support decision making process including identifying opportunities and risks and recommending solution / action plans
- Lead 3-5 years strategy planning for both CK and TH, set up annual budget, drive the implementation of the strategy and ensure this aligns with the bigger mission of the organization
- Drive monthly financial estimates (PL & BS) , deep dive on actual result and manage in-year business performance thru business action plan setting and execution. Optimize the forecasting process and continue to improve forecast accuracy
- Engage in and support all business functions' decision making thru data analysis and scenario planning, including retail stores, Ecommerce, Wholesales and operational teams'
- SG&A management, prioritize all investments to make sure ROI optimization. Set up SG&A mitigation plan if there is fluctuation on business
- Manage Capex, especially on retail store investment, build new store guardrail for each brand, track actual performance and support door opening, closure, renovation and relocation thru analysis
- Cooperate with planning team on demand and supply management, review OTB buy, track ST, discount/dilutions and comp performance, and manage inventory at a reasonable level
- Lead and develop FP&A team, coach team members to be sought-after partners for business functions including Retail, Ecommerce, Wholesales and operations
- Partner with Business /Functional teams in projects / strategic initiatives such as new business models, system implementation etc.
- Play as a key finance window for Regional finance team, lead all planning process to meet the timeline and request from regional team, cascade Regional finance's key targets and strategy to SEATH market team
- Engage in all strategic projects to drive long-term business growth of SEATH region

Experience:
- 7-8 years working experience including at least 4 years FP&A experience in brand-famous MNC of Retail or FMCG
- 3-5 years team management skill
- Big 4 background is preferred
- FP&A expertise with forward looking vision
- Excellent presentation and communication
- Excellent in PPT/EXCEL, know Essbase /SAP
- Excellent English and Mandarin speaking and writing
- Familiar with US GAAP
- Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting related majors, MBA or above will be preferred
