- Prior experience and passion for Education & Training, consumer-centric and with solid field operations experience
- Excellent training presentation and communication skills to large audiences in person and via digital tools
- Multi-market experience with good understanding of Asia Pacific fragrances or luxury environment
- Strong relationship building and influencing skills, innovative and agile
