The Employee Experience Co-ordinator is the key contact for all office based employees to ensure they have a welcoming and memorable experience with Aesop Culture. Reporting into Employee Experience Manager, the role manages three areas 1. Aesop Onboarding 2. Aesop Life and 3. Aesop Office. S/he is responsible for creating a best practice and positive experience for our employees and all internal stakeholders involved to maximize employee experience. The role is an individual contributor role with strong stakeholder management required.

Job description

Main Responsibilities

Aesop Life

  • Actively listen to employees' voice to manage the local wellbeing and benefits offering as part of Aesop Life

  • Negotiating and maintaining relationships with vendors for staff perks/benefits

  • Support the Sustainability initiatives for the local teams including yearly Volunteering activities.

  • Organizing and hosting of the staff events, like Annual Dinners

  • Aesop Office

    • Eensure the office runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally including sourcing of office materials and suppliers, postage and couriers, maintaining hardcopy and electronic filing and managing the reception functions (if any).

    • Office maintenance - ensure all physical aspects of the office are appropriately maintained, repaired and upgraded where applicable. Ensuring OH&S standards are met in the office including the preservation of the building and staff's security needs.

    • Co-ordination of ah-hoc Office Administration projects.


  • Degree holder in any discipline

  • Solid experience in Office administration or operations experience gained in multinational companies

  • Experience in project management and/or process improvement is an advantage

  • Self-motivated and customer-focused with strong growth mindset and learning agility

  • Good collaboration and communication skills

  • Well organized and attentive to details

  • High proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good computer skills including MS suite
