- Responsible for overall brand's P&L, maximize sales & profitability against defined targets and objectives
- Analyze sell through, oversee budget, monitor markdowns, and provide replenishment suggestions based upon stock levels
- Lead Merchandising/Buy and Marketing team in a compelling way along with the corresponding marketing programs, pricing strategy, merchandising and product presentation
- Research and identify potential brands and/or business partners and responsible for terms negotiation
- Work closely with different internal parties to ensure commercial goals of the brand are met in operating profit, brand building, product management, retail expansion and business strategies
- Resolve problems and suggest action plan when needed
Minimum 10 years of experience in retail furniture or home products industry.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Proactive, well-organized, positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills.
