- Drive comprehensive analyses on current and future trends and disruptors for the luxury and beauty industry, covering economic, social, technological and political aspects.
- Work with various internal and external experts to gather insights and data, enrich analyses, and ensure Chanel's visibility and positioning on tomorrow's pivotal issues.
- Inspire business leaders to align initiatives with long-term lens through orchestration of knowledge sharing and thought-leadership initiatives.
- Contribute to the development of foresight tools and methodologies (design thinking, scenario-planning, workshops).
- Build relationships with Global Foresight communities to ensure knowledge from APAC and adoption of global tools and frameworks.
- Inspiring our leaders and their teams with emerging trends and market dynamics by deep-diving into economic, cultural, social, consumer, and industry trends.
- Building and nurturing a dynamic network and fostering the opportunity to connect with thought leaders, renowned organisations, and external partners.
- Developing a deeper understanding and be the advisor of the driving forces and evolving trends.
- Concrete experience in identifying and analysing upcoming developments and trends in luxury retail.
- A sharp analytical mind capable of identifying and capitalising on market opportunities for transformative growth.
- Extensive experience in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies and ability to lead comprehensive studies that provide critical insights into upcoming market trends.
- Diverse of industry contacts across the globe, including renowned organisations, research agencies, academic institutions, government authorities and thought leaders.
- Analytical and modelling skills with an ability to dissect complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
