Job description

Lead and manage the full spectrum human resources functions for Greater China ( including HK & Macau) and APAC as well as drive the business goals together with CEO and CFO;
Oversee full spectrum of HR & Admin functions of the Asian subsidiary ;
Develop and implement organization strategies and company policies by identifying and aligning APAC human resources best practices ;
Provide international tax/employment terms advice to internal business partners on operational matters (e.g. new business models) ;
Support management by providing strategic human resources advice to facilitate decision making; analyzing market information and local/overseas market trends to address human capital needs and business priorities ;
Build and promote organization culture, create a passionate workforce, enhance organization cohesiveness and staff loyalty, as well as nurture creativity in the workplace
Lead and support ad hoc HR projects and initiatives;

Profile

  • Form 5 or above
  • Minimum 8-10 years' experience in human resources management with at least 3 years in a senior managerial/leadership capacity, as well as solid experience in China ;
  • With sound market knowledge about Greater China (including HK and Macau) and APAC;
  • Concrete knowledge of garment/ manufacturing /retail industry is essential, with prior experience stationing in overseas operations a definite advantage ;
  • Proactive, with strong business acumen and exposure to all-rounded HR functions ;
  • Knowledge of regional salary taxation, international PEO and global assessment;  
  • Strong awareness of multi-cultural values, customs, and norms; able to work under pressure and handle multi-task, with strong leadership, influencing, negotiation and communication skills ;
  • High proficiency in both written and spoken English & Chinese; fluency in Mandarin ;
  • Frequent travel to China ;
