Role & Responsibilities:
- Maintain smooth operations of store(s) management
- Optimize sales through effective implementation of business strategies
- Motivate and drive the sales team to achieve their individual and store(s) KPIs
- Provide training and coaching on product and customer service to staff
- Identify and implement new initiatives for improving services standards
- Promoting the image of the brand to the customers
- Achieve store(s) sales target
- Provide professional customer services to customers
- Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays
- Ensure proper inventory management
- Provide sales achievement and daily operations monthly report

Minimum Relevant Experience: At least 6 years working experience in retail shop with at least 3 years managerial experience
Academic Qualifications
Education: Form 5 or above is preferred
Language Proficiency:

- Required Oral Language: Fluent in Cantonese and Good in English and Mandarin
