Position

JOB SUMMARY:

The HR Officer will be responsible for providing a wide range of HR support to the organization particularly focus on recruitment, also to coordinate with the HQ, and is involved in the management of all human resources issues such as legal, employee administration and labor law. In addition to this, he/she helps in managing local training requirements and implementation.

This individual will serve as a key point of contact for employees and managers on HR-related matters, and will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations as well as supporting HR projects and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in ensuring the local implementation of the main HR processes (Organization Management Review, Performance Career Review, Individual Compensation Review) and for the related training
  • Support the proper management of the local retail network human resources, guaranteeing that the key positions are covered and that the stores teams are aligned with the Brand identity and image, in order to support the business
  • Guarantee the local compliance of all the labor law contractual and legal requirements, including the Health and Safety ones
  • Support the management of legal activities and disciplinary procedure, always trying to prevent criticalities related to people management
  • Ensure a strictly collaboration with the store staff in order to improve the productivity and retention, always liaising with the Retail Director, Store Managers and HR Director/Manager
  • Support proper implementation of all the HR processes and guidelines defined by the HQ in the area under his/her responsibility
  • Assist with recruitment and selection process, including job description creation, job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling coordination with line managers, and reference checks
  • Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures
  • Assist to support annual appraisal process and follow up
  • Assist in monthly payroll administration, yearly LVMH reporting, salary review, and related C&B processes and reporting.
  • Support yearly salary survey and reporting
  • Assist with the development and delivery of training and development programs
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR-related documentation and employee records on SAP
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives as needed
Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field.
  • 3 - 5 years of experience in HR field and talent acquisition, preferably in the luxury retail industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, a team player, strong service mindset, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws and regulations in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan & Singapore. Knowledge of Thailand and Australia will be a plus.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Able to read and write Chinese is a must.
