- Identify, develop, implement and document solutions using process automation tools e.g. Microsoft tools to streamline product development and sourcing process
- Engage with business users to understand business needs and pain points in current process
- Perform deep-dive analyses on root cause of issues, work with data and business teams to build business overview dashboards and drive long term improvement
- Structure data, gather information and consolidate for further use by PUMA and banking partners
- Identify trends and patterns to enhance or automate process
- Prepare system demo and set up training materials to empower users to maintain new platform in their daily work
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration
- Experience with process automation tools such as Microsoft Automate, Excel, VBA, UI Flow
- Experience with IT projects is a plus
- Fluent in English
- Strong interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills

- The minimum duration of the Internship is 3 months but longer would be appreciated
