The Role:

To support our growing business, we are recruiting a Manager for Digital Marketing. This critical role will lead and manage the digital media strategy development ; omni-channel strategy & customer journey design (co-work with sales operations team) , and accountable for total eCommerce business from sales & users growth perspective.

To support our growing business, we are recruiting a Manager for Digital Marketing. This critical role will lead and manage the digital media strategy development ; omni-channel strategy & customer journey design (co-work with sales operations team) , and accountable for total eCommerce business from sales & users growth perspective.

Reports to: Associate Director - Marketing

Job Responsibilities:

Digital media strategy & planning

  • Lead year-round total brand digital media strategy development, partner with internal clients and external agency to deliver the best media planning, optimization and consistent with global brand guideline.

  • Lead campaigns media development and planning across all digital touchpoints including social media channels, media co-op with publications, own channel to create the best optimization in driving campaign awareness and conversions.

  • Lead and develop local content with leveraging assets from HQ; maximize with local insights, and maintain own platform (Facebook/ Wechat/ Youtube/ Brand.com) for campaigns and on-going communications.

  • Explore partnership with media to deliver brand proposition and campaign communication message through (but not limits to) editorial storytelling, consumer engagement programs or any new digital engagement.


  • Omni-channel strategy & Drive eCommerce business

    • Develop eCommerce role to play, short -to- medium term strategy; develop promotion strategy and orchestration with sales team; leading day in & out performance marketing optimization with media agency to drive traffic & conversion in order to maximize sales & new user growth

    • Develop omni-channel strategy (co-work with sales operations team) and identify medium -to- long term road-map that elevate up the total luxury brand experience; execute new features roll-outs phrase by phrase to improve the customer journeys that grow connected customer based and increase customer time value.

    • Manage budget planning on total digital and Media related operations and agency model.

    • Manage a team and continue as a coach and manager on growing people skills and stabilize operations

Profile

Job Requirements:
  • University degree

  • 8+ years of solid and relevant experience in brand management, digital marketing, and eCommerce

  • Background in beauty and or luxury goods

  • Proven digital marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns.

  • Pro-active, results oriented and number sensitive.

  • Strong leaderships skills, experienced in leading teams.

  • Excellent communication skills in Chinese and English
