All brands strategy, product development and innovation are led and driven by certain PVH affiliates in the US with respect to products under the Calvin Klein, and Tommy Hilfiger sold in NA, Asia and SA; and in the Netherlands with respect to products bearing the Tommy Hilfiger Europe, Calvin Klein Europe with respect and sold in the Asia region. The position in this job description helps the above mentioned PVH related parties meet their operating and strategic needs.

  • Assist manager to manage the team and oversee and execute the brand strategy effectivity and efficiently. Grow and develop talents and manage day to day operation to ensure KPIs achieved.
  • Required 3-5 years experience on handbags.

  • Close to market with updated technology
  • Being partners with design team, stay close with supply chain for innovative ideas
  • Build strong connectivity with supply chains at the best interest of brand
  • Maintain good rapport of work and shadow leadership to build a robust team
  • Manage and monitor good execution of daily operation
  • Respect and build synergy with cross-functional teams
  • Grow and develop talents

Education & Experience:

  • University degree with 3-5 years of related work experience or post-secondary degree with 5-8 years of related work experience in merchandising field.
  • At least 5 years in senior merchandiser level.

  • Solid product knowledge. Have global mindset of sourcing strategy at the best interest of brand.
  • Proficient communication in English and local language, both verbal and written.
  • Experience in private label is preferable.
  • Good knowledge in power point is preferable.
