Job description

JOB SUMMARY

Design and drive all aspects of retail marketing plan and drive promotion strategy with high retail relevancy, creativity, and excellence. Maintain strong relationship with retailers to drive successful promotion and collaborative activation and work closely with Sales and Demand Planning team to generate up-to-date product insights and strategies to support forecast and business planning.

Be the creative driver for crafting engaging customer communication and experience for new launch and always-on campaign including but not limited to customer event, retailer OOH, instore VM and collateral production.

Reports to: Senior Manager - Marketing

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Formulate consumer-centric retail marketing plan and drive promotion strategy with high retail relevancy, creativity, and excellence to drive the business growth.
  • Develop go-to-market strategy and maintain robust relationship with cross-functional teams, retailers, and trade counterparts to drive successful promotion and retail activities for maximum business gain.
  • Collect market data and intelligence to support market position and segmentation
  • Drive 360 launch planning and implement integrated marketing activities including Advertising, Events and Trade Marketing while working closely with PR, CRM and Digital team to drive campaign synergy and maximum sales impact
  • Support product analysis and reporting as well as regular reports on promotion and marketing campaign's overall performance.
  • Drive store opening strategy, planning and implementation with strong timeline management and quality control with vendors. Initiate special activities for store level celebration, new store opening and relocation for new member acquisition and retention.
  • Develop and monitor campaign and promotion related budgets. Closely monitor budget of both Retail Marketing and Visual Merchandising with justification.
JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree holder with at least 6-8 years' relevant experience in marketing, preferably from Beauty, Fashion or Luxury industry
  • Pro-active, creative, and self-disciplined with positive "can-do" attitude
  • A team player with great interpersonal skills
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Great time management and organization skills
  • Can work independently with strong passion for achievement and willing to work under tight timeline and pressure
  • Good command of English and Chinese
  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
