Job description
Responsibilities:
- Leads content strategy and development of 360 degree product launch campaign in customer-centric and data-backed approach to accelerate growth in skincare pillar products and core catalogue animation
- Drives the seamless omni-channel experience to deliver consistency in brand messaging to consumers in online and offline
- Develops effective go-to-market strategies to maximize the campaign ROI
- Plans and executes customer activations, sampling programs and in-store events to drive new customer requisition and loyalization
- Manages forecasting of new products with Sales & Operations team to ensure accurate forecasting and achieve the sales target
- Mobilize and work with cross-functional teams to enable smooth communication and implementation to deliver the set KPIs
- Degree holder in Business Management (Major in Marketing is preferable)
- Minimum 8 years' of solid and relevant experience in skincare/beauty industry
- Possesses strong leadership, analytical skills and business acumen
- Excellent interpersonal skills in communicating with all levels
- Capable in working in a fast-paced environment
