Job description

To enhance Shiseido Hong Kong's digital performance with a more holistic view of customer digital touchpoints. He/she will leverage and utilize all available consumer data analytics to unlock business value and drive data-driven strategy
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead digital projects, such as Dashboard and Media measurement project, and execute to maximize brand ROI and drive data-driven strategy
- Drive Joint Business partnership with large scale strategic media/digital partners and liaise with Global media team and stakeholders to achieve media effectiveness
- Provide recommendation of maximizing ROI of the marketing budget by analyzing all available data gathered from performance and sales
- Analyze online user behavioral data and provide in-depth data-driven insights, strategic recommendations Work on the action plans to achieve business goals
- Drive and liaise media analytics roadmap with Global analytics team based on company's strategic direction
- Track and analyze media and website data specifically on digital channel optimization and engagement of marketing campaigns to ensure a seamless Omnichannel experience
- Be one of the core owners of internal digital analytics platform and development of new reporting dashboard
- Work with brands on refining media planning, campaign optimization, data interpretation to provide insights to brands
- Collaborate with brands to determine appropriate KPIs and benchmarks for various marketing activity types
- Work closely with media agency and media/data partners for new media initiatives to ensure we bring impact to the media plans
- Learn cutting edge marketing technology to support overall digital transformation in the organization

Profile

- Degree holder in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or business-related field
- 6+years' experience in marketing, preferably experience in media agency and inhouse
- Certified in Google Analytics Individual Qualification and Google Ads Certification (Preferred)
- Solid knowledge of media planning and optimization of Display, SEM, Paid Social, as well as social listening
- In depth data analytics skill
- Attention to detail and sensitivity in data and analytics
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Agility to embrace change and keen on learning
- Candidates with less experience will be considered for Assistant Manager - Media & Digital Analytics
